10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
E-MOBILITY

EVsare was established in 2010 with the mission to:

Create the electric vehicle charging network and become a benchmark in charging and mobility technologies and solutions. Since its inception, the company has developed in close collaboration with technology centres and the automotive industry.

Origin

EVsare was born from a collaboration agreement between the Basque Energy Agency (EVE) and Repsol, under the brand IBIL, electric vehicle charging operator. Following the signing of this agreement in October 2009 and the subsequent development of the business plan, the company was officially established on 13 October 2010, with equal 50% ownership by the two founding partners. In May 2024, the partners took a further step in their alliance and announced the creation of a new subsidiary, EVsare, wholly owned by Repsol.
